Breaking News: In the case the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Claudia B. Librett, we just heard a report from the Claudia Librett Sentencing Hearing at the Montgomery County Court House. The victim father has testified as well as District Attorney Bruce Castor.
Let's hope Judge Steven T. O'Neill sentences Claudia Librett to Prison.
Librett is the very first underground mom to go into hiding and retain a lawyer to litigate her case. The Attorney, Toby Kleinman spoke at a child welfare conference about the underground.
